This course is designed to provide any physician with the skill to implement continuous  process improvement utilizing the PDSA tool.  Short Cycle Improvement in the form of Plan, Do, Study Act can bring significant improvements with a simple, easy and efficient process.  Begin a culture of practice improvement using this technique and then move on to CPI Improvement for more complex reforms.  With these skills will come greater efficiency for your practice, and higher quality, and safety for your patients.  Upon completion of this course you will be able to lead a PDSA project, creating a model for others to follow.

This course is part of the more comprehensive “Leading Healthcare Improvement” course and is presented here for those who have time challenges that make the longer course less attractive.
