ICD - 10 replaced ICD - 9 on October 1, 2016.  Most providers know that by now.  What most do not know is that for the first 12 - 18 months all payers will be using a very liberal code processing program.  Bottom line is for  the first period, coding mistakes will be paid in full.  After that period a submitted code will have to be perfect in order to be paid.  This course will deliver skills that will allow you to code correctly the first time and maintain the revenue flow that is so important to your ability to deliver care.
